Our Christmas never ends! We had Christmas in January with the Adkins at Nancy and Larry's place It was almost perfect except poor McKinley was not feeling well and was barfing and had a fever. He rallied the best he could but he obviously was not his usual charming self. The kids loved the GT snowracer that Chris, Lisa and the kids got them.
There was a very big dance party to the Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat Megamix. Craig was very tired of the soundtrack from that musical by the end of the Christmas holiday. I love the photo of Brianna and Findley because he was completely paralyzed by the headscratcher Craig bought me for Christmas. In the last three photos in this series it shows Graham towing the kids on the sled behind the truck. He was not living up to his nickname of 'The Safety Elephant' during that stunt! No children were harmed though.
Here are a few shots of the kids and family on Christmas morning. Everyone was spoiled rotten and was very happy with their bounty from Santa Claus. A wonderful morning.
This was practically idyllic. Marg and Sandi brought fire crackers that Sandi and Graham set off so Santa could find Grandma and Grandpa's house in the dark. Graham also set out a candlelit landing strip for the Reindeer and sleigh. Then we had story time where Callum read us "A Porcupine in a Pine Tree" and we sang along to the tune of 12 Days of Christmas.
This is Christmas up at the Lake House. Our neighbours shovelled off the ice and made a huge rink. It was tons of fun to skate around and watch Avery and Maren wipe out every few steps. I don't know how Maren kept going after so many hard wipe outs. She was a total trooper.
